ORF5 Diversity Summary Reports
Monthly diversity reports provide a comprehensive overview of PRRSV-2 ORF5 sequences currently in circulation. Reports are generated on the first day of each month and cover sequences collected during the previous 30 days. For each report, lineages with more than 10 sequences within the reporting period are analyzed. A consensus sequence is generated for each qualifying lineage, along with the nearest case sequence to the consensus. Both sequence sets are available for download. Additionally, each lineage is visualized using a neighbor-joining tree, highlighting the position of the consensus sequence. A multidimensional scaling (MDS) plot further represents sequence diversity in two dimensions, with the consensus sequence shown in red and the representative sequence in cyan.
