Lineage & Vaccine Tool

The sequence identity tool uses pattern matching to find similarity with vaccines and RFLP values from the present nucleotide sequences in the ISU VDL data. Neighbour joining algorithm is used to identify the closest matching lineage for the nucleotide sequences and is depicted as a phylogenetic tree.
