Tree Tool

This tool generates a phylogenetic tree from user-provided sequences. Sequences are aligned using MAFFT. Fasttree is then utilized to build the tree. Results from this tool may vary from others due to heuristics used to minimize runtime. Final trees can be opened in a new tab.
